Ficus Minima
Ficus pumila 'Minima'
₹250.00 per cutting
25 available
A miniature form of creeping fig with tiny leaves, perfect for small and nano terrariums where regular creeping fig would be too big.
- Tiny leaves, ideal for nano and jar terrariums
- Slower and neater than standard creeping fig
- Clings to wood, rock and backgrounds
What You Receive: One rooted or rooting cutting, packed in moist moss.
Ficus pumila 'Minima' has all the charm of creeping fig at a much smaller scale. Its tiny leaves form a dense, fine-textured carpet that suits small jars, nano terrariums and detailed scapes. It grows more slowly than standard creeping fig, so it keeps its shape for longer and needs less trimming. It clings to wood, stone and backgrounds and looks especially good trailing over rocks.
Light
Medium to bright indirect light keeps the growth compact.
Watering
Evenly moist substrate; never let it dry out completely.
Humidity
Best in closed terrariums above 70% humidity.
Planting a Cutting
Press nodes into moist substrate or pin onto cork or rock with a little moss. Roots form within 2–3 weeks.
Pruning
Light trims only; pinch tips to encourage branching.
A smaller-leaved alternative to standard creeping fig — better scaled for nano and mid-size builds.
